I work hard to ensure you are leaving happy and satisfied with any and all services you receive. Please let me know if you are unhappy immediately after the service or within 48 hours after your appointment to see if we can meet your needs or alter the service to your satisfaction. Individual results may very and can be dependent on your skin type and after care. Please understand I do not offer refunds on services rendered for any reason. Cancellations

Please contact me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes of service. You will be charged 50% of all services booked for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. The card on file is used to charge the cancellation fee at the time of the missed appointment. Clients who don't give enough notice or who "no show" more then twice will be required to pay their service in full at the time of their next booking.

 

Refunds

Please be aware that I do not offer any refunds on services rendered. Eyelash extensions specifically, are unique to each individual. There is always a chance of an allergic reaction or sensitivities to the products used and the end results can vary person to person based on many factors that are out of my control. Such as but not limited to; cleanliness of lashes and skin at the time of the initial application, as well after care products used on and around the lashes. 

New Clients

I do offer fills on other artist’s work. Please ensure you have at least 40% of your lashes and it has been no more than 21 days since your last fill/full set. For your initial appointment with me, please book a “New Client Fill”. All information must be filled out on the intake form. Please let me know if you have any questions.
