Policies & Aftercare Agreement
Covid-19 Policy
In order to open and welcome you all into my space safely I will be moving forward with new policies, requirements, and sanitizing guidelines. I ask that you respect all requirements in my studio when scheduling any service until further notice. I have always taken pride in keeping my space clean and sanitary in accordance with all State Board Regulations but will now be taking a step further with following the recent recommendations and guidelines. Please reach out prior to booking your service if you have any questions or concerns.
CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS COVID-19
- Clients can not be sick or feeling under the weather within 14 days of the scheduled appointment. Please cancel your appointment immediately if you come in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for Covid-19. Please only come in if you are healthy and feel completely confident and comfortable.
- Guests of any kind are not permitted in the studio. Please come to your appointment alone.
- Services are offered by appointment only. Please enter at your schedule appointment time. If you happen to arrive on the property early please wait in your car.
- Wear a mask prior to entering and keep it on for the entire length of the appointment.
- Avoid touching your mask as much as possible.
- Wash your hands at the sink upon entering.
- Limit brining personal items in at this time, only bring in what is necessary.

Hidden Beauty Guarantee
As your esthetician, I work hard to ensure you are leaving happy and satisfied with any and all services you receive. Please let me know if you are unhappy immediately after the service or within 48 hours after your appointment to see if we can meet your needs or alter the service to your satisfaction. Individual results for all services may vary and can be dependent on many different factors.
Studio Policy
all of the services offered at hidden beauty bar are by appointment only. I do not accept walk ins and clients are asked to request and book their appointments in advance. Please be aware that I do not have large waiting area within the studio. the studio is down a one way driveway with one designated parking spot for the client. for this reason i ask you do not arrive on the property more than 5 minutes early of your schedule appointment. clients are seen one on one with time between each client to disinfect and prep for the next client. please leave all guests, children, and pets at home.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes of service. You will be charged 50% of all services booked at full price for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Clients who no show or cancel at the time of their appointment will be charged for the entire service. The card on file is used to charge the cancellation fee at the time of the missed appointment. This fee is not credited or applied to any future appointments.
Payment Information
I accept Cash,venmo and most major credit/debit cards as payment. payment is always due prior or at the time of service. A card will be required at the time of booking and one must be kept on file while appointments are on the books.
New Clients
New clients are always welcome! Please check my availability through my website and reach out with any questions. Regarding extensions specifically, I do offer fills on other artist’s work. Please ensure you have at least 40% of your lashes and it has been no more than 21 days since your last fill/full set. For your initial appointment with me, please book a “Foreign Fill”. All information must be filled out on the intake form. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that I do not offer any refunds on services rendered or products purchased through Hidden Beauty Bar LLC. With Eyelash extensions specifically, the service is unique to each individual. There is always a chance of an allergic reaction or sensitivities to the products used and refunds will not be given if occurred. All product, both opened and unopened are final sale.
Aftercare Agreement
When receiving services from your licensed Esthetician it is very important to understand all precare and aftercare requirements. Eyelash extensions, lash lifts, facial care, and waxing services all have specific requirements and maintenance that are important to making sure the service produces safe and satisfying results. prior to booking your appointments, Please read thoroughly through the service requirements and understand the policies.
